I have collected callunas in the moor ...Ola Txitxi,
I have collected callunas in the moor area. There they are easy to rescue from that peat ground and show fine root work. It is important to rescue the roots very completely. With planting I turn them to a root bale together and pay attention, if possibly to the education of the nebari. As a substrate I use Lavasplit 80% with 20% of peat mixed. If possible you can add sphagnummoss, this holds the humidity additional and contains root hormones as an assisted takeoff. It is also important to spray a lot of humidity and on occasion of liquid fertilizers on the foliage. Like junipers callunas react as evergreen very positively to it.
In which kind of ground do the eriaks grow with you? how are the plants adapted to the climate?
I am glad to hear from you.
Lots of love
Abanaabanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08709015607070879528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-568179881534203191.post-52356996730254663902010-11-02T08:29:58.438-07:002010-11-02T08:29:58.438-07:00Hi, love the small erikas.
